We want you to be fully satisfied with your Secretlab experience; if your chair or desk isn't the perfect fit, you can initiate a return within 49 days of delivery. All items must be in their original packaging and condition to qualify for a refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our Support page and fill out the Return Request form with your order number and the reason for your return.
Approval and Documentation
Our support team will review your request within 48 hours and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions.
Pack and Ship
Securely disassemble your product and pack it into its original boxes; you can then schedule a courier pickup or drop it off at our designated logistics hub.
Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse team verifies the item's condition, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-14 business days.
