How long does shipping take within Singapore?
For in-stock items, delivery typically takes 2 to 4 working days. You will receive a tracking link via email once your order has been dispatched from our local warehouse.
Do Secretlab chairs come with a warranty?
Yes, all Secretlab chairs come with a 3-year limited warranty, which can be extended to 5 years through our Warranty Extension Program. This covers all functional parts of the chair.
Can I request for professional assembly services?
We offer an optional assembly service for a flat fee. Our professional couriers will unbox and assemble your chair on-site, disposing of the packaging materials for your convenience.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 49-day return policy for all orders. The item must be in its original packaging and in like-new condition. Please note that return shipping fees are borne by the customer.
